Live Event Printing
Screen printing is the ideal method for live printing.
Available Nationwide, our traveling team of print specialists arrive onsite to your event and print customized products on demand for your guests (similar to catering).
We provide an engaging memorable experience for your guests.
LIVE SCREEN PRINTING
Each of our mobile screen printing presses hold 4 different 1-Color designs.
Each printing press has the capacity to produce around 1 printed T-shirt/Tote Bag per minute averaging 60 prints per hour.
Each printing press is paired with 1 Print Specialist and 1 Brand Ambassador

LIVE SPRINTING REQUIREMENTS TO KEEP IN MIND
Client must provide electricity on-site. Dedicated standard household outlet.
Dimensions required for printing depends on the volume of production. On average, our smallest dimensions are a 7’x7’ space per printing press.
MultiColor Designs are not ideal for live screen printing. If your design is unable to be screen printed, custom heat transfers are available.
Screen Printing
Also referred to as Silk Screen Printing . It is a tried and true printing method used for thousands of years. Essentially, your graphic is separated by color and we stencil print each color by hand to fully build out your graphic. This method is best used for large volume prints with designs with minimal colors.
Design Requirements
In order to achieve the highest quality print, we require all screenprinting orders to be vector artwork.

24 Piece Minimum Orders
Screenprinting is stencil based printing that is done by hand. Due to the intensive graphic setup of this process, we have a 24 piece minimum for all screenprinting orders.

Embroidery
This process utilizes a needle and thread to create a stitched stand out look. It is a long lasting eye catching way to make your design stand out.
Design Requirements
A vector or high resolution graphic (300 dpi) is required to achieve the best quality stitch.
All artwork must go through a digitization process to determine thread count which ultimately determines cost per stitch. There is a $50 one-time digitization charge per graphic.
24 Piece Minimum
All embroidery has a 2-3 week turnaround. Pricing is discounted as order quantity increase.

Sublimation
A digital printing method where the ink is embedded into the shirt or garment. Please note, it must be done on white or heather gray 100% polyester material. NO MINIMUM ORDERS FOR SUBLIMATION.
Die-Cut Vinyl
Die-Cut vinyl is available is single color. Ideal for jersey and uniform printing.
